Duties will include: Programming and operating 3 and 5-axis CNC machinery Machine setup and tooling changes Reading technical drawings and specifications Quality checking finished products Identifying and resolving machining issues Maximising machine efficiency and minimising downtime Supporting continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining a safe and organised work environment What We're Looking For We're keen to speak with candidates who have: CNC programming, setting and operating experience Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis machinery Manufacturing, woodworking, joinery, furniture or timber experience Strong attention to detail A proactive approach to quality and efficiency Experience with Xilog Plus or X-Door software would be advantageous but is not essential.
