Our L&P work is underpinned by four principles: Quality, Scale for Impact, Distinctively RBO and Efficiency. To support our growth plans our L&P department are looking to hire 2 School Engagement Managers who will work collaboratively to ensure the reach of RBO Schools across the country. The key purpose of these roles are to scale up school engagement with RBO Schools by building partnerships with schools, multi academy trusts and place-based partners to ensure we achieve ambitious growth targets in line with the L&P Strategy. Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate: Experience working as a middle leader in the education/cultural sector and evidence of making impact and demonstrating understanding of good practice in the teaching and learning of arts in schoolsOutstanding people and relationship skills with proven ability to broker complex partnerships with multiple stakeholders across sectorsComprehensive understanding of the education sector and teaching in schoolsExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills and fluent in EnglishA passion for and some knowledge of opera and/or ballet and commitment to widening access to the work of RBO.Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to prioritise, define goals and plan effectively to effect change To submit your application, please provide a supporting statement that outlines how your skills and experience match the essential criteria listed above.
