Job Description
Do you have expertise in creating risk-based, pragmatic standards, policies and frameworks, particularly with regards to First Line Risk? We're looking for a Risk Oversight Manager to be responsible for driving the Risk and Control agenda across the UK Health business, with a particular focus on managing risks associated with change and (digital) transformation initiatives. You’ll play a critical role in fostering a resilient risk culture within AXA UK Health, enhancing the capability to identify, assess, and manage risks related to transformation projects, digital initiatives, and operational change.
You’ll focus on proactive risk management, embedding effective controls within change programs, ensuring that risk management practices support strategic transformation, operational resilience, and positive customer outcomes. You’ll work to strengthen the risk and control framework, supporting the business in day-to-day risk oversight, and ensuring that transformation activities align with regulatory requirements, business objectives, and financial plans.
