Venn Group’s North East IT team are recruiting for an experienced 1st Line Technical Analyst to join an expanding technical support team! We are currently representing a fantastic organisation with offices nationwide and hundreds of internal staff who will need help resolving IT-related faults quickly and efficiently.
Location: Morley
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Duration: Permanent
Start: Immediate
Day to day duties:
1. The successful candidate will join a technical IT team and assist customers with all IT support related issues
2. Experience of providing IT support in an enterprise environment
3. Provide 1st line technical support for hardware, software and ERP issues
4. Ensure all calls are logged on the helpdesk ticketing system and progress notes are added to all calls
5. Manage the timely resolution of open calls and call actions across all internal customers
6. Proactively manage problem calls through to completion in a timely basis
7. Ensure agreed IT resolution Service Levels are met
8. Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, Azure platforms, Microsoft packages
9. Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate the ability and desire to go ‘above and beyond’ for our business
10. A valid UK driving license as occasional travel to remote branches throughout the UK and Ireland
