Overview
Customer Service Executive role for a successful company based in Wokingham. Office-based position working 8:30-5pm, Monday to Friday, with salary up to £28,000 and benefits including a discretionary 12% annual bonus. This role focuses on administration, coordination and customer service, with responsibilities across administrative duties and stakeholder relationship building.

Responsibilities
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
* Processing data match requests and results
* Using various software, including Microsoft Office and bespoke supplier tools
* Resolving supplier compliance queries
* Compliance checking and processing high volume of work submitted by the Installers
* Handling customer queries and providing settlement statements
* Compliance checking and completion
* Submission of all jobs from the previous month and submitting by their deadline
* Liaising with the Finance team to resolve queries
* Updating internal management reports
* Providing data for audits
