We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
IT Skills and Experience
1. Desired Experience:
2. Computer OS/Peripherals troubleshooting
3. Handling Different PC Operating Systems ( Windows 7/8 and 10)
4. Performing Hardware and Software installations (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM)
5. Basic knowledge of SOE and group policies
6. Printer support
7. Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting
8. Excellent customer service and people skills
9. Field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services
10. Advanced technical abilities, including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems
11. Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure

36. SCCM
IT Qualifications
At least one of the following:
37. PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification
38. CompTIA A+ Certification
39. Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area
40. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification
Experience in a similar role
41. 3+ years of relevant experience.
42. Ready to travel 10-20 Miles as per the requirement
