Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Contract: Full time - 09:00-17:15pm
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £26,000

The Professional Services Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a very exciting and well-established international business, who are actively seeking a Part Time Customer Service Administrator to join their Leicester team on a full time, permanent basis.

The role will be responsible for ensuring that all customer service requirements are achieved effectively through the optimised scheduling of installations, breakdowns, and service work.
Delivering first class customer experience focussing on a right first-time approach.

Main duties include

- Handle inbound queries promptly and professionally, taking ownership until effectively resolved or transferred to most appropriate person
- Ensure breakdown jobs have been correctly documented and scheduled within Customer SLA
- Collect, monitor, and issue service and reports and certificates promptly
- Schedule add-on/upgrades and further works to make best use of engineering resource, achieving customer deadlines and business costs parameters
- Ensure all jobs include standard times and budget costs
- Raise invoices for chargeable works and Installations on completion of jobs.
- Maintain accurate records of customers and equipment

The successful Customer Service Administrator will ideally previously have experience in a scheduling or coordination role, ideally within an engineering industry (but not essential). You will be adaptable when working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, and able to prioritise urgent tasks in a calm and effective manner. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with difficult customers, internal departments, and external contractors.
Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office packages is desirable, including Excel.
