Kenneth Brian Associates are working on a fantastic opportunity, for a company based in Redhill, who are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team. This is a fixed term contract role, fully office based, with some travel required. Specific responsibilities will include: Working with hiring managers, developing job descriptions, coordinating interviews Advertising roles using various channels Onboarding new employees Ensuring a positive experience for employee with a focus on wellbeing Maintaining accurate employee records Ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements Preparation and analysis of reports Preparation of various documents Supporting the Senior Leadership Team The ideal candidate for this position will possess: Previous experience within an HR Advisor role Experience of recruitment and onboarding Strong understanding of employment law Excellent relationship building skills Highly organised with the ability to multitask Attention to detail Able to commit to a 14 month fixed term contract The company offer an excellent working environment, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
