Job Title: Adults Clinical Psychologist
Location: Care First – Pheasey, Walsall (with service delivery across Walsall, Kings Norton, and surrounding areas)
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE) + £3,000 Welcome Bonus* T&C's apply
Hours: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Friday (overlapping with school hours; part-time considered)
Contract: Permanent (term-time only or flexible full-time options available)
About The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Based at Care First – Pheasey, you’ll contribute to assessments, interventions, and service development within a collaborative environment alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists.
You'll support high-quality, person-centred care through individual and group work, consultation, and training. This is an opportunity to help shape clinical services and improve outcomes across multiple sites.

Requirements (Essential)
HCPC registration
Doctorate in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychology
Experience in adult services, ideally neurodiversity or mental health
Skilled in MDT working and systemic approaches
Ability to create formulations, reports, and deliver training
Strong communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Flexible and proactive approach
Desirable
Experience in school/residential care settings
Supervision experience
Post-qualification training in relevant interventions
Understanding of relevant legislation and trauma-informed practice
