Job Description
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will help deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality service during our breakfast and evening service.
You will play an important role in creating a welcoming dining experience for our guests while keeping service running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and setting up dining and service areas
* Taking and delivering food and drink orders accurately
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Ensuring food is served promptly and presented well
* Supporting room service when required
* Promoting hotel services and special offers
* Handling guest queries positively and professionally
* Working closely with colleagues and supervisors
This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, punctual, and reliable
* Customer-focused with a positive attitude
* Comfortable working early mornings and evenings
* Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
* Willing to learn and follow procedures
* A good team player with strong communication skills
* Previous hospitality or service experience is an advantage, but not essential – full training provided
