Overview
CTD Tiles is a leading retailer in the tile industry, known for our extensive range of high-quality products and exceptional customer service. They have joined the Topps Group, which includes Topps Tiles, Parkside, Tile Warehouse and ProTiler. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team. This role blends product knowledge, interior design awareness, and excellent customer service with management, administration, and processes associated with a vibrant retail environment and stock and people management.
Responsibilities
* Alongside the Branch Manager, motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and meet KPIs.
* Use people skills and product expertise to sell, advise on, and promote our tile and related product ranges to both the public and trade customers, face-to-face and over the phone.
* Represent the CTD brand and contribute to the profitability and reputation of the branch by leading a team of dedicated, well-trained professionals with strong industry knowledge.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent customer service and sales skills
* Knowledge of interior design trends and products
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Experience with stock management and retail processes (preferred)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
