As the firm continues to grow, they are now seeking a capable Paralegal with residential conveyancing experience to join their friendly team. The Role This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented paralegal to develop their conveyancing career within a supportive and professional environment. You’ll assist fee earners with a busy caseload of residential property transactions, providing essential administrative and legal support from instruction through to completion. Key Responsibilities Assisting fee earners with all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. Preparing and drafting legal documents, correspondence, and completion statements. Conducting searches, reviewing results, and preparing reports. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently. Opening and closing files, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory procedures. Managing post-completion work, including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using the firm’s case management system. About You At least 12 months’ experience working in a residential conveyancing department (essential). Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A proactive and professional approach with a genuine interest in property law. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
