Were looking for a hands-on and detail-driven Housekeeping Manager to lead our team at the Inn on the Lake a stunning four-star hotel on the shores of Ullswater. Youll play a key role in maintaining the impeccable standards our guests expect, while leading a hardworking and dedicated housekeeping team.
What you'll do:
* Manage rotas and daily team tasks efficiently
* Oversee the cleaning and presentation of guest rooms and public areas
* Carry out regular room checks to maintain high standards
* Ensure timely ordering and supply of linen and cleaning materials
* Lead by example and create a positive, guest-focused working environment
* Support and develop your team with training and clear communication
About you:
* Experienced in managing housekeeping operations, ideally in a four-star or luxury setting
* Confident leading, motivating and training a team
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Approachable and guest-focused, with strong communication skills
* Practical and proactive youre not afraid to roll up your sleeves
