Ref: 24954 Electrical Project Engineer - The Role: Assist the sales team by reviewing electrical enquiries and supporting technically Develop concept designs in collaboration with the M&E team Support tender preparation including detailed specifications and CAD drawings Prepare bills of materials and assist in planning project timelines and deliveries Attend internal and client meetings to provide technical input and progress updates Help resolve issues during on-site installation and commissioning phases Produce and compile Operation & Maintenance documentation, warranties, certificates, and “as-fitted” drawings Provide technical support and respond to client queries after installation Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned Stay current with industry standards and developments through CPD Attend M&E and other departmental meetings to offer updates and technical insight Electrical Project Engineer - The Person: Previous experience in electrical design and project delivery Proficient in CAD software for creating electrical schematics and layouts Confident supporting tenders and producing technical documentation Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset Comfortable attending site and client meetings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Committed to ongoing professional development in the electrical engineering sector Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively across departments Knowledge of Amtech, Trimble, Dialux or Relux advantageous Located in Yorkshire, this role would be commutable from Hull, Beverley, and Leeds.
