Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Consultant at Rex Gooding. The Senior Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing vendor and buyer client relationships, negotiating sales offers, and guiding the customer through the process. This is primarily an on-site role located in West Bridgford but home working is available.
Qualifications
* Experience in Residential Estate Agency is essential
* Proven ability to negotiate
* Understanding the qualification of buyers, funding and Money Laundering Requirements
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
* Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle
* Proficiency with real estate software
* Knowledge of the local property market
* Professional qualifications in Estate Agency are advantageous
