Room Attendant – Radisson Liverpool

The Radisson Hotel, Liverpool offers premium accommodation near the city's top attractions just 14 kilometres from Liverpool John Lennon Airport (LPL). The River Mersey Ferry Station lies adjacent to the hotel, and there are 2 train stations within 1.4 kilometres. Guests can take in events at Echo Arena, indulge in retail therapy at Liverpool One, relive music history at The Beatles Story, Liverpool or step back in history at seaside maritime museums. An inviting place to unwind, each of our 194 rooms and suites are furnished with sophisticated, contemporary décor, with stunning city views, as well as an on-site restaurant, bar and meeting rooms where our guests can look forward to a warm welcome and fantastic service from our team.

As Room Attendant you will support the strategic plans and objectives of the Housekeeping Department and Hotel operation. Working in collaboration with your team and key business partners to complete assigned tasks, deliver results & create memorable moments for our guests. You will act as ambassador for the brand, reflecting the company culture and values.

YOUR CORE PURPOSE WILL BE:

* To support and assist in the smooth running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring cleanliness standards are attained.
* To ensure work is carried out in a professional manner.
* Collaborate with colleagues to maximise guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
* Support and deliver Housekeeping department objectives, taking ownership for assigned responsibilities.
* Develop and build own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity.
* Collaborate with the Head of the Department ensuring inventory is maintained and performance levels are attained.
* Adhere to all legislation and best practise activities.

Job Types: Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
