What we are looking for:
* Assessing and Training Qualification at Level 3 or above (e.g., CiLD)
* Experience in teaching, coaching, assessing, and/or presenting to adult groups
* Passionate, adaptable, and engaging individuals
* Own a car with insurance covering business use (mileage paid) or have access to suitable public or private transport
* An enhanced DBS check is required for this role
About the Role:
* Deliver training courses and conduct assessments professionally and consistently, adhering to St John Ambulance standards
* Maintain your professional competence according to organisational requirements
* Manage building security, opening and closing venues, and lone working
* Collaborate with staff, casual workers, and volunteers to uphold high standards of training and assessment
* Pilot new training initiatives when required
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of all relevant documentation
