As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team in Central London. This is a key hire for us – someone who can take ownership, build meaningful client relationships and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.
This is not a traditional travel consultant role, and we’re not looking for a conventional travel agency profile. We’re looking for someone polished, proactive and commercially switched-on – someone who understands luxury at a high level, has an eye for detail and is excited to join a modern, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking business.
You may come from luxury travel, concierge, private lifestyle management, or another high-touch client environment. What matters most is that you instinctively understand exceptional service and bring energy, initiative, commercial awareness, confidence and a forward-thinking mindset.
The Role
* This job combines account management, trip planning, and sales.
* You’ll be encouraged to build relationships, generate new business opportunities and take ownership of client accounts, not simply respond to enquiries.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking ownership of client relationships and delivering a highly personalised, high-touch experience.
* Creating bespoke luxury itineraries tailored to individual client preferences.
* Managing travel planning across hotels, villas, flights, transfers, experiences and concierge-style requests.
* Confidently managing enquiries, proposals and follow-ups with a strong commercial instinct.
* Driving revenue through proactive relationship-building, networking and new business generation.
* Building strong relationships with trusted travel partners, hotels, DMCs and suppliers.
* Using automation and modern systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
* Acting as a polished and credible ambassador for Privé Luxury Travel.
Who You Are
* Has strong experience in luxury travel, concierge, or premium client service.
* Is commercially minded and confident in owning and growing client relationships.
* Is proactive in generating opportunities and converting them into high-value bookings.
* Is confident dealing with UHNW/high-expectation clientele.
* Has an established network or a strong ability to build relationships within UHNW or high-profile client circles.
* Is confident, self-sufficient and able to take ownership within a small team.
* Is naturally polished, articulate and highly professional.
* Is highly organised, detail-driven and able to manage multiple moving parts.
* Is excited by the idea of being part of a growing, entrepreneurial and forward-thinking business.
