We're looking for an experienced Head of Transactional Finance to lead our clients Billing, Credit Control and Accounts Payable teams within a fast‑paced, PE‑backed facilities management business. This role will report into to the Financial Controller, you'll ensure strong processes, accurate outputs and effective cashflow management across all transactional activity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the transactional finance function covering billing, credit control and AP.Directly manage a Senior Credit Controller, AP Supervisor and Billing Manager.Oversee invoicing accuracy, debtor performance, supplier payments and reconciliations.Maintain strong financial controls and ensure processes align with accounting principles.Drive improvements in efficiency, reporting and system use.Support month‑end close and provide insight to the Financial Controller.Collaborate with operational teams to resolve issues and improve end‑to‑end processes.About YouStrong background in transactional finance leadership.Solid understanding of the accounting behind Clerical & Administrative finance.Confident people manager with experience developing teams.Comfortable in a fast-paced change‑driven environment.Personable leadership styleExperience implementing and improving processes
