About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Coordinator to help residents lead rewarding, engaging, and fulfilling lives by supporting their needs of mind, body, and soul.
Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and delivering a welcoming home-based Lifestyle Programme, encouraging participation in a variety of activities. This programme is part of our groupwide More… Programme, focusing on meeting residents' interests and needs creatively and adaptively, considering varying physical and mental abilities.
About You
We provide comprehensive training, so we welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Key qualities include being organized, having excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. We support your career development, potentially progressing to Nurse Associate. Please note, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis across a 7-day week, including weekends.
Knowledge / Experience
* An understanding of the role social interaction plays in wellbeing.
* Ability to assist in delivering group and individual lifestyle sessions.
* Ability to develop community links and organize successful events.
* Flexibility to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.
* Support in implementing new concepts and ideas.
* Potential to develop through Lifestyle / Activities training and qualifications.
