We are working with a global organisation in Belfast to recruit a Financial Analyst to join a high-performing finance team supporting senior stakeholders across multiple international locations. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of a group structure, supporting complex payroll and accounting projects. Reporting into a senior manager, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payroll and financial reporting. Youll work closely with internal teams including treasury, audit, and regional finance teams, while also interacting directly with senior stakeholders. This role combines technical accounting, payroll experience, and stakeholder management, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both detail and variety. Benefits £30,000 - £40,000 Private medical 5% matched pension 35 days leave Hybrid working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home) Responsibilities Support budgeting, forecasting, audit processes, and year-end financial reporting Deliver monthly payrolls - including data input, validation, and reporting Contribute to process improvements, systems development, and ad hoc finance projects Prepare and reconcile payroll outputs, payment instructions, and related financial controls Post journals and ensure alignment with general ledger and local office accounts Manage senior stakeholder queries Produce financial statements, payslips, and related documentation Perform balance sheet reconciliations across partner accounts, including drawings and disbursements About you 4+ years experience in finance, accounting, or payroll Strong Excel and systems skills, with the ability to learn new tools quickly High level of accuracy and attention to detail Comfortable handling confidential financial information Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communicator with a proactive approach Apply today or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full details.
