We have an exciting opportunity for a 12 months fixed term contract PFI Senior Operations Manager in the North West.
Responsibilities
* Assist in developing financial and operational policies for PFI asset management.
* Support health and safety compliance across facilities management contract sites.
* Statutory reports and compliance documentation.
* Monitor third-party service providers such as Facilities Management companies for contract compliance.
* Complex contract negotiation.
* Budget preparation and financial oversight.
* Lifecycle planning, cost analysis, and procurement.
* Manage relationships with clients, investors, and lenders.
* Mitigate risks related to asset performance and compliance.
Qualifications
* Financials
PFI experience is essential.
* SPV management experience desirable.
* Technical expertise is desired but not essential.
* Candidates with significant senior Facilities Management experience at senior level in healthcare PFI contracts at a commercial level will also be considered.
* Strong organisational, administrative, and commercial skills with good knowledge of the PFI contract.
* Enhanced DBS clearance is required.
