Program Overview
We specialise in placing candidates within the project sector using our career progression and placement program. This programme is designed for entry level individuals with limited or no experience in project management. The goal is to provide a fast‑tracked route into an entry level project management position.
Eligibility
* Entry level individuals with limited or no experience in project management
* Organised, competent, dependable, able to communicate well and motivate others
Qualification Pathway
1. APM (Association for Project Management) Qualification – Complete the APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ). The course is online, 20 hours of study and a 1‑hour multiple choice exam, leading to qualification achievement.
2. PRINCE2 Foundation – Online course, 15‑20 hours of study and a 1‑hour multiple choice exam. Provides essential methodology knowledge for a project manager.
3. Project Management Simulation – Complete an online simulated project assignment mirroring a real project scenario. Upon completion, a tutor grades the work and issues a certificate.
4. Recruitment Support – After qualification, the recruitment support team assists with job applications, interviews, CV review and guidance on suitable entry level roles.
