Finance Business Partner Location: Halesowen Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits
Are you a commercially focused Finance Business Partner who thrives on turning data into insight and driving decision-making? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, private equity backed acquisitive group in the specialist manufacturing and services sector.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping financial performance across several businesses within the group. With recent acquisitions and ongoing growth, this is a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
You’ll partner closely with Managing Directors and leadership teams across multiple sites, providing challenge, insight, and robust financial analysis to support strategy, contracts, and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring accuracy and clarity for decision-making.
* Deliver insightful financial modelling, analysis, and scenario planning to support bids, tenders, and strategic projects.
* Work across multiple ERP and reporting systems, consolidating data effectively and driving consistency.
* Develop and enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools (ideally using Power BI) to provide meaningful management information.
* Act as a trusted partner to the business, influencing senior leaders and Managing Directors.
* Provide commercial support on contract management, assumptions, and business cases.
* Support integration activity following acquisitions, identifying efficiencies and best practices across the group.
About You
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with strong post-qualification experience.
* Proven track record in FP&A, financial modelling, and data analysis.
* Highly systems literate – confident working across multiple platforms and using tools such as Power BI to drive insight.
* Commercially astute, with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Comfortable working in a multi-site environment with some travel to the Midlands and wider UK sites.
