The Venue

Bold, innovative and fan‑focused, first direct bank arena has been redefining the live experience since opening in 2013. Hosting world‑class music, sport and major events, this 13,781‑capacity “super theatre” brings audiences closer to the action, delivering exceptional sound and atmosphere from every seat. Once crowned Best New Venue in the World, is the heartbeat of live entertainment in Leeds.


About the Role

Drive revenue and elevate premium experiences at one of the UK’s leading arenas. You’ll win new business, secure high-value corporate partnerships, and grow key client relationships—consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets while delivering exceptional hospitality.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a maternity cover position and if successful, the fixed term contract is for 10 months.

Key Responsibilities:

* Driving new business growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and a strong forward-thinking sales pipeline.

* Maximising revenue by upselling and cross-selling across key accounts and the wider premium portfolio.

* Building and strengthening high-value relationships, unlocking new opportunities with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

* Delivering targeted sales campaigns and innovative, compelling proposals that convert and exceed performance metrics.

* Collaborating cross-functionally and representing the brand at events to ensure exceptional customer experiences and generate new leads.


We are looking for someone with:

* A proven track record in B2B and/or B2C sales, with strong commercial and financial acumen.

* The ability to build lasting relationships, combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* A proactive, creative approach to sourcing and converting new business opportunities.

* Strong analytical skills with the discipline to track and report on pipelines, performance, and results.

* A high-energy, target-driven mindset with a collaborative, team-focused approach and a commitment to excellence.
