⏰ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard office hours

1. Handle a broad caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion
2. Advise clients on leases, freehold property, development land, agricultural land, and commercial finance
3. Act for SIPPs, SASSs, corporations, and individuals
4. Draft and negotiate Option Agreements, Promotion Agreements, and Overage provisions
5. Maintain client relationships and support business development opportunities
6. Work collaboratively across the wider Commercial Property team, including six experienced Partners
Essential Skills & Experience:
7. Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years PQE (newly qualified candidates considered)
8. Strong knowledge of commercial property law and transactional practice
9. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
10. Ability to manage complex caseloads and meet strict deadlines
11. High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-led mindset
12. Confident working independently and as part of a team
13. A genuine appetite for professional growth and business development
