The Role You will be working directly alongside the Creative Directors and Account Handlers as support for the day-to-day design and delivery of the creative. It's high pressure, hard work and long hours, but very rewarding. The successful candidate will work across a wide range of leading studio releases on 2D and 3D design and animation of motion graphics for multiple theatrical and broadcast campaigns, including trailers, TV spots, social and DOOH. In this role you are expected to export and deliver files to provided specifications and are responsible for general IT and housekeeping of software, plugins, assets, style guides, and naming convention compliance. The candidate will also be required to mentor and at times manage other designers and their creative execution. Candidate Profile The successful candidate will have 5 years' experience in a broadcast and/or post production environment and ideally in an in-house creative department or creative agency. A bachelor's degree in Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, Animation, or another relevant field is desirable. Skills A strong technical knowledge of post production processes, file formats and delivery specs for theatrical and broadcast platforms is essential, as well as having advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Photoshop), and industry standard plug-ins. Type setting, exceptional design layout and typography skills, along with advance knowledge in Cinema 4D are also necessary.
