We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our Skoda dealership in Grimsby.

About You
Ideal candidates will listen to customer needs and adapt their skills accordingly. You should be confident working towards targets and deadlines, maximizing every opportunity. Experience in F&I, deal stacking, second facing, coaching, and team development is essential, along with Motor Trade experience at a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager/Business Manager level.
Main Purpose of the Job
* Manage and develop all new and used vehicle sales inquiries
* Manage and develop Finance and Insurance sales for new and used vehicles
* Maximize vehicle sales and profitability through effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way
* Promote profitable finance and insurance product sales in line with FCA compliance
* Ensure departmental compliance with FCA regulations, including monthly self-audits
* Contribute to the development of plans, policies, and procedures to meet sales targets
* Maintain full compliance with all Sales Department procedures
