We are currently recruiting Full-Time Picker / Packers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Scunthorpe. This is a permanent, hands‑on role on night shifts, ideal for candidates looking for consistent, full-time work.
Roles & Duties
* Accurately picking stock using pick lists or hand‑held scanners
* Packing products securely and efficiently for dispatch
* Meeting productivity and accuracy targets
* Checking goods for quality, damage, or discrepancies
* Labelling, sorting, and preparing orders for shipment
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and organised
* Adhering to all health & safety policies and procedures
What We're Looking For
* Previous picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
* Reliability and commitment to full‑time night shifts (22:00-06:00)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
* A positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
