Role Details Role / Job Title: SuccessFactors Solution Architect Work Location: UK Preferably Rugby / London Mode of Working: Hybrid Office Presence Required (if Hybrid): 2 3 days The Role Within the Tech, Data, Digital and Innovation team, the SuccessFactors Technical Architect is responsible for the system technical configuration and overall performance to ensure a seamless user experience. He / She also manages integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and various enterprise applications and works closely with different stakeholders, including the SuccessFactors integrator, local IT teams, and HRIS team. This role ensures seamless data exchange, system reliability, and compliance with business requirements. Your Responsibilities Platform Management: Oversee and guide system configuration, data migration, and deployment activities, ensuring solution quality, compliance, and scalability
Provide technical leadership, expertise, and mentorship to project teams throughout all phases of the implementation lifecycle
Instance Management: Maintain SuccessFactors instance management documentation, implement best practices for instance reliability and uptime, coordinate instance refreshes, and ensure communication to stakeholders
Compliance & Security: Implement and enforce group policies, standards, and methodologies; ensure compliance with security, infrastructure, and data protection regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Track system performance and optimize configurations for efficiency; troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with SAP support when necessary
Set up the interface technical architecture of SuccessFactors and external systems, including payroll, finance, and third-party applications
Datahub & API Management: Leverage Azure Datahub or integration platforms such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware solutions to facilitate seamless data flow
Deliverables: Contribute to and maintain Technical Architecture Documents (TAD), technical specifications, integration mappings, and best practice recommendations
Integration Design and Build: Actively participate in design workshops, involve the right stakeholders, supervise build activities, and ensure delivery of interfaces on time, within budget, and to quality standards
Interface Testing: Ensure unit testing is completed by integrators and participate in integration testing with third-party application owners
Move to Production and Maintenance: Contribute to post go-live / hypercare support of interfaces and ensure secure operation by monitoring and troubleshooting issues with relevant stakeholders
Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices
10+ years of experience in SuccessFactors solution architecture and interface management
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into comprehensive SuccessFactors system designs
Integrate SuccessFactors modules (LMS, CDP, BizX, JAM) and ensure seamless connectivity with other HR and enterprise systems
Hands-on experience in managing SuccessFactors interfaces, including Employee Central and Talent modules and third-party applications
Understanding of HR processes and data structures
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience Fluent in English with excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Employee Central, LMS, PMGM)
