Job Title: Deputy Home Manager Location: Newcastle upon Tyne Type: Permanent, 35 hours/week Pay Rate: £23.30 per hour Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Nurse Qualified Deputy Home Manager for my clients circa 40-bedded GOOD rated nursing home in Newcastle upon Tyne. As a key member of our leadership team, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will involve staff management, training, and development, as well as maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for residents. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
