This full-time role is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background. Experience with school management systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or BROMCOM is essential. Job Description: As a School Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school office by handling a variety of administrative duties. Your responsibilities will include: Managing school systems : Maintaining and updating pupil records, tracking attendance, and inputting key data into SIMS, Arbor, or BROMCOM. Administering pupil information : Ensuring records are accurate, up-to-date, and securely stored, including attendance monitoring and admissions management. Supporting senior leadership: Providing administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team, assisting with diary management, meeting preparation, and reports. Managing communications: Acting as the first point of contact for staff, parents, and visitors, handling phone calls, emails, and in-person queries professionally. Data entry and reporting: Managing important data and generating reports for school leadership, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Requirements: Essential: Previous experience in a school administration role, with strong knowledge of SIMS, Arbor, or BROMCOM. Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for liaising with staff, parents, and visitors. High attention to detail, particularly when managing pupil data and administrative records.
