This role focuses on orchestrating agile delivery and release management across multiple information systems including Aspect, OutSystems and Business Central.Key Responsibilities of the Delivery Manager include:Oversee agile delivery and coordinated release management across multiple systems and platformsPlan and execute integrated release schedules, including environment readiness, cutover planning, rollback procedures, and audit-compliant documentationCoordinate cross-functional and cross-location teams, ensuring smooth handovers, on-call coverage, and effective communication between time zonesFacilitate sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and ensure adherence to Definition of Ready/DoneManage release calendars, CAB submissions, UAT processes, and post-release reportingTrack and prioritise defects, technical debt, operational risks, and resource constraintsCommunicate scope, risks, impacts, and release outcomes clearly to senior stakeholdersSupport disaster-recovery planning, execution, and continuous improvement of delivery processesKey Requirements of the Delivery Manager include:Experience as a Scrum Master or Delivery Manager in complex, multi-system environments (e.g., ERP, CTRM, web, or bespoke applications)Strong understanding of SDLC, CAB processes, and auditable release frameworksProven ability to lead multi-team releases across geographically distributed locationsSkilled in UAT orchestration, stakeholder engagement, and sign-off processesFamiliarity with software development practices, infrastructure, and modern release tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps/TFS)DesirableBackground in trading, physical operations, or CTRM environmentsExperience with OutSystems, Business Central, or related platformsIf you have the necessary experience, please apply for immediate consideration!
