We’re on the hunt for a confident, compassionate House Leader to guide a small team supporting adults with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. You’ll be joining an Outstanding-rated team (yes, officially impressive).
What you’ll be doing:
Leading from the front—coaching your team, keeping standards high, and making sure the people we support live as independently (and happily) as possible. From care planning to cooking, budgeting to community outings—you’ll have a hand in it all.
What you’ll need:
- Care experience (or ready for your next step up)
- A driving licence + car (you’ll be out and about)
- A practical, can-do attitude (DIY skills = bonus points!)
- Female applicants only (personal care requirement) it is an occupational requirement for the postholder to be female as you will assist with personal care needs, ‘permitted under Schedule 9, part 1 of the Equality Act 2010’
