Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: Demonstrable experience within an IT Infrastructure role, ideally within a multi-site organisation. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Security-focused approach to infrastructure design and management. Technical experience across core infrastructure technologies, including: - Microsoft cloud technologies such as Entra, Intune, and the Microsoft 365 suite - Network technologies, including Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti - Management and support of Windows, Apple, and Android devices Experience working with cyber security toolsets, including: - Anti-malware and endpoint protection solutions - Email filtering technologies - Web filtering technologies Experience delivering system integrations across business functions. Strong documentation skills with a structured, process-driven approach. ITIL Foundation certification (desirable) Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with on-site management teams to enhance the overall end-user experience across technology platforms. Ensure all infrastructure activities are appropriately documented, maintaining clear and accurate processes and procedures. Manage and support core infrastructure technologies across the organisation. Oversee and maintain cyber security toolsets and ensure adherence to security best practice. Support and deliver system integrations across key business functional areas. Contribute to continuous improvement of infrastructure services, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational effectiveness.
