ABOUT THE ROLE We teach through a thematic curriculum in our Primary phase and a creative/cross curricular approach in or secondary Key Stage 3 phase. In Key Stage 4 pupils work towards accredited qualifications, being taught by subject specific teachers. YOU WILL NEED TO BE A good/outstanding teacher with successful teaching experience in mainstream or special an education setting. Committed to providing high quality educational opportunities for pupils with a range of learning needs including Autism and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The ability to work as part of a highly effective team. Strong commitment to inclusion. Excellent communication skills. A good range of IT skills. Qualified Teacher Status or a desire to work towards this. We invite teachers across a range of subjects from both mainstream and SEN sectors to apply; a broad subject knowledge across a range of subjects is essential as you will be required to teach across the curriculum.
