A Head Chef is required at a stunning luxury 4* country house hotel which operates a fine dining restaurant, a separate bistro as well as being a popular venue for afternoon teas, weddings and functions. In this role of Head Chef you will be expected to manage, develop and train a brigade of 10 chefs across the kitchen preparing seasonal, Modern British dishes to the high standards that the customers of the venue expect. In this Head Chef role you must be able to cook to 2 Rosette standard and be able to manage the bistro as well.
Requirements:
CVs will be considered from Head Chefs, it is important that they highlight experience working in busy award winning 4* Hotels up to 2 Rosette level. A Head chef with a strong character, experienced, mature and stable who has the drive and ability to push forward standards.
