Job Description:
As a Leveraged Finance Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions, including:
* Leveraged buyouts
* Acquisition financings
* Debt restructurings
* Unitranche financings
* Mezzanine debt
* Asset-based financings
You will work closely with senior attorneys and clients to provide practical and effective legal advice while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualifications:
* Strong academic record
* 3+ years of experience in a leading law firm's leveraged finance practice
* In-depth knowledge of leveraged finance structures, loan agreements, and relevant regulatory frameworks
* Excellent drafting and analytical skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
