Overview
The successful candidate will have a BSC in building surveying or a related degree, have strong negotiation and customer service skills and will respond positively to new challenges. With managerial experience, we are looking for someone who is confident to accept responsibility for decisions, can prioritise workload and is able to seek feedback from customers to enhance the service.
Responsibilities
The role will be very varied - no two days will be the same. The successful candidate will be responsible for the contract management and performance of contractors and work closely with the Head of Asset Management to support with the modernisation of Linc Cymru.

* BSC in building surveying or a related degree

* Ability to support in managing and setting budgets
