Managing a varied caseload of commercial property mattersSupporting the wider team with ongoing transactionsDelivering high-quality legal advice to clientsEnsuring continuity and efficiency across matters

Initial 6-month term, with potential to extend up to 12 monthsFlexible engagement: locum/consultant or fixed-term contractFull-time or part-time hours consideredPotential for a longer-term opportunity if the arrangement proves a good fitHybrid working available, with some office presence required initially
Requirements
Qualified Solicitor or CILEx with strong commercial property experienceAbility to manage files independentlyExcellent communication and organisational skillsComfortable working both autonomously and within a team
