Whittley Parish are looking for a driven Sales Negotiator to join our busy estate agency in Diss on a permanent full-time basis. This is a customer-facing role ideal for someone confident and passionate about property with at least 1 years' experience in the industry.

Key Duties
* Register buyers and match them to suitable properties
* Conduct property viewings and follow up
* Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
* Generate new business and market appraisals
* Build strong relationships with clients
* Maintain accurate CRM records
About You
* At least 1 years' estate agency experience
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Motivated, professional, and target-focused
* Full UK driving licence and own car required
