Job Summary
Become a key player as a Marketing Campaign Manager, driving growth and success in Life Science and Process Industries. Reports directly to the Strategic Marketing Manager, CMD (SBD, Global).
In this role you will analyse market intelligence and customer insights, design the marketing components of go-to-market campaigns and ensure regional alignment and mobilisation. You will help develop global sector and sub-sector / NPI go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth implementation across EMEA, Americas and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
* NPI Commercial Readiness Planning: plan and manage product launches with pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities aligned to marketing campaigns and the go-to-market strategy.
* Market & Customer Segmentation: conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.
* Strategic Campaign Planning: oversee the optimisation of the campaign journey, delivering engaging, targeted content across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience aligned to brand strategy.
* User Behaviour: translate user behaviour insights into actionable improvements to enhance campaign performance.
* Marketing Insights: continuously analyse qualitative and quantitative customer insights and market intelligence to ensure effective global go-to-market campaigns.
* Regional Oversight: collaborate with Regional Marketeers to ensure regional alignment in campaign delivery.
* Templates, Training, Governance and Reporting: oversee creation of templates and governance for regional social, email and publicity channels.
* Budget and Resource Management: manage budgets for designated campaigns and allocate resources effectively by regional marketeers.
* Reporting: track campaign performance and recommend improvements.
* Customer and Market Focus: oversee regional marketing plans and organisation of exhibitions and conferences to align with global NPI launch plans and campaigns.
* Continuous Improvement: establish KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and provide data-driven recommendations for campaign effectiveness.
Skills / Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field
* Proven experience in market analysis, market research and marketing
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
* Strong project management and organisational skills
* Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms
* Excellent strategic and critical thinking with focus on business impact
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
