Duties
* Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth food production and service.
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
* Collaborate with management to develop seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends.
* Ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned regularly.
* Engage with guests to receive feedback on dishes and enhance their dining experience.
Experience
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management.
