We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at The Gwbert Hotel. This role also supports Gwbert Holidays, our collection of self-catering holiday houses, giving you a varied and rewarding position at the heart of our guest experience.
About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an excellent standard of service throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include:
* Handling guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
* Managing reservations and responding to enquiries (by phone, email, and in person)
* Assisting guests with information about the hotel, holiday houses, and local area
* Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
* General administrative and reception duties
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident in using computers and booking systems (training provided)
* Able to work as part of a team and under their own initiative
* Fully flexible with availability to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota

Pay: From £12.35 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
