The Role Due to continued growth in Cumbria, we are now recruiting for a Financial Planning Assistant Supervisor to join our Penrith office and wider Financial Planning Service Line. The main purpose of this position is to not only provide first line administrative support to our Financial Planning Consultants, but also to be a team leader for a specified group of Financial Planning Assistants. The main elements of this role will include: Providing relevant documentation to the Financial Planning Consultants ahead of client meetings Ensuring accurate completion of compliance requirements Ensuring that the administrative requirements are complete for the client review processes Responding to client queries Conducting 1-1 meetings, quarterly review meetings and annual goal setting meetings with direct reports Providing general training and development to assigned team Please note that we will not be accepting candidates from agency suppliers in connection with this vacancy.
