Our Mentoring Support Model focuses on three key areas: e motional support – building resilience and confidence, advice & guidance – helping young people make informed choices and hand-holding – providing hands-on support to overcome barriers to progress. About the role: As a Mentoring Support Worker, you will utilise this model in practice a nd play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for care experienced young people, by promoting wellbeing, independence, healthy lifestyle choices, and pathways to training and employment. Your work may also involve engaging with carers and families, supporting young people to create and build on wider networks of support. This role requires resilience, adaptability, and an open mind to navigate the challenges that come with supporting individuals with complex needs.
