Administrator Inverness 26,567 per annum | Full-time | Temporary (Ongoing) We are currently recruiting on behalf of a third-party client for an Administrator to join a busy office environment in Inverness. This is a fully office-based role with an immediate start available, offering stable, ongoing temporary work. Working hours: - Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 4:00pm - Friday: 8:00am 4:00pm - 1-hour lunch break included Main Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support including answering phone and email enquiries, filing, data entry, and ensuring the secure storage and maintenance of data. - Manage the phoneline. - Maintain and update records on internal systems. - Provide cover for the canteen assistant and mail administrator when required. - Canteen duties include processing orders, bagging items, and preparing them for delivery. - Handle confidential information in line with policies and procedures. - Carry out other tasks as directed by the Office Manager, appropriate to the role. Requirements: - Strong administrative and communication skills. - Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team. - Willingness to provide cover for other roles when needed. - An enhanced disclosure is required for this role.
