Description
* Manage a portfolio of clients, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
* Prepare and file annual accounts, tax returns, and VAT returns
* Provide accounting and tax advice to clients
* Ensure compliance with UK accounting regulations and legislation#
* Supervise and train junior staff members
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
* Identify and propose business development opportunities
Profile
* Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
* Minimum of 2/3years' experience in a similar role within a small practice
* Sound knowledge of UK accounting regulations and legislation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Working knowledge of accounting software
