Your new role
1. Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
2. Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils
3. Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
4. Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
5. Support pupils with additional needs where required
What you'll need to succeed
6. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
7. A caring and patient approach with strongmunication skills
8. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
