The Role:
As a Regional Delivery Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of high-value, complex programmes that are critical to our mission: providing clean, safe water and protecting the environment for generations to come.
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsibility for a regional capital investment programme of over £200m in Cumbria.
* Responsibility for Health and Safety, schedule compliance and commercial performance.
* Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance of a portfolio of over 60 projects.
* Define and drive the programme vision, goals.
* Align delivery with organisational strategy and stakeholder priorities
* Establish robust governance and reporting frameworks
* Lead risk, issue, and dependency management across multiple projects
* Engage senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication
* Ensure seamless transition of deliverables into business operations
* Champion continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews
* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing programme team
What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking a confident, experienced leader who can bring clarity, structure, and energy to complex programmes. You’ll ideally have:
* Proven experience leading large-scale, high-value programmes.
* Professional qualification and membership of the Association for Project Management (APM) .
* A strong track record of managing complex, multi-disciplinary construction infrastructure projects.
* A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
